We have selected 7 essential practices in an easy, everyday lifestyle challenge to help you find your passion and to build new habits. This is for dreamers who create their reality with simple everyday rituals.

Yes, we know that you have heard it all before: drink more water, move your body daily. What happens if you do it consistently for 60 days, the exact time it takes for habits to become automatic. How will your life change?

If you want to see positive changes around you, start with yourself. Life is full of potential. It is your time to shine.

RULE 1: WAKE UP BEFORE 8 A.M.Sleep 6+ hours and maintain a consistent bed time routine: go to sleep and wake up at the same time.

RULE 2: DO YOUR MORNING ROUTINE1h of no distractions (no phone and social media). If you have enough time: meditate, go for a walk, simply breathe and mentally prepare for the day.

RULE 3: FOLLOW A HEALTHY DIETOne that is your choice. (no alcohol, no soft drinks and generally less processed food).

RULE 4: READ 10 PAGES A DAY Read books, articles of any genre. Find your interest. Get to know yourself.
RULE 5: DEDICATE 1H TOWARDS A NEW SKILLFind your passion: dedicate just one hour a day to learn a new skill. Knitting, air clay pottery, reading, writing, drawing, a new language. The list goes on. You will be amazed by the results at the end of the second month.

RULE 6: EXERCISE FOR 1H A DAYIt’s up to you what to do but all exercise has to be based on your fitness level. Try including stretching, walking, running, yoga, bike gym and etc.

RULE 7: TRACK YOUR DAILY PROGRESS IN A JOURNALKeep track of your progress each day, along with any anxious thoughts that sometimes take too much space in your head. Repeat this everyday.

GENERAL EARTH CLUB RULEIf you fail to do these on any of the 60 days, start over at day 1.
